雜糧作物施用殺草劑後對粗脂肪粗蛋白質含量之影響及土壤殘效之研究

摘  要

六種已推廣之旱地殺草劑對三種主要雜糧作物之品質,在本試驗裡已顯示出俱有影響性之提高或降低,在花生方面,春秋作平均約提高粗脂肪含量1∼8%及粗蛋白質含量1∼11%,在大豆方面,秋作約減少粗脂肪及粗蛋白質含量各約4∼14%及2∼7%,春作則除施用86%PCP.W.P.者減少粗脂肪含量13%外,其餘均增加粗脂肪及粗蛋白質含量各約1∼5%及1∼4%。

對玉米蛋白質含量而言,六種殺草劑均大大地提高粗蛋白質含量,春作約增加30∼38%,秋作約增加3∼10%但對粗脂肪含量,則春作提高約2∼40%,秋作除施用50% Afalon W.P.及75.9% Vernam E.C.者各增加3及7%外,餘者約減少4∼13%。


Studies on Crude Fat & Crude Protein Content and Residues in Soil after Application of Herbicides in Dryland Crop Field

Summary

85% PCP W.P., 50% Afalon W.P., 48% Lasso E. C., 25% Tok E. C., 44.5% Treflan E. C. and 75.9% Vernam E. C., these dryland herbicides released in Taiwan influenced obvious the seed quality of 3 leading dryland crops from the results of this experiment.

       In peanut, the application of herbicides increased about 1~8% of crude fat content and 1~11% of crude protein content in spring & fall crop.

       In soybean, the application of herbicides decreased about 4~44% of crude fat content & 2~7% of crude protein content in Fall crop, and increased 1~5% of crude fat content and 1~4% crude protein content except the application of 86% PCP W.P. reducing 13% of crude fat content in spring crop.

       In view of crude protein content in corn, the application of 6 released herbicides increased significantly crude protein content, approximately 30~38% in spring crop, and 3~10% in fall crop, but on crude fat content, the application of herbicides increased about 2~40% in spring crop and decreased 4~13% except the application of 50% Afalon W.P. & 75.9% Vernam E. C. increasing respectively 3 & 7% in Fall crop.
