向日葵雄不稔性之研究

Ⅰ.向日葵化學藥劑去雄之研究

摘  要

於向日葵花蕾形成初期(花蕾約大1∼1.5公分時)及花蕾含苞待放期以GA25,50,100及2.4-D 20,25,30ppm等六種濃度分別噴射處理結果,以花蕾形成初期噴射GA100ppm之去雄效果最佳,其不稔筒狀小花數所佔之比率平均為80.1%,其次為GA50ppm之73.3%,再次為GA25ppm之46.3%,其餘各處理則均未有顯著的去雄效果。

Summary

       The sunflower treated with concentrations of GA (25ppm, 50ppm, 100ppm) and 2,4-D (20ppm, 25ppm, 30ppm) on stage of flower bud formation (the length of bud was 1~1.5 cm) and rosette stage found that 100 ppm GA treated on f.b.f. had a significant effect for male sterility.

       Their floret percentage on treatments with 100ppm, 50ppm and 25ppm were 80.1%, 73.3% and 46.3%, respectively, the others had no significant effect for male sterility.
