摘　　要

本文研究綠蘆筍的採收方法，結果以使用刀採收最好，不影響產量，但需小心不要傷害到其他地面或地下之嫩莖以免嫩莖生長彎曲。

A Study on the Methods of Harvesting Spears of Green Asparagus

Summary

The method of harvesting green asparagus is different from white’s, it should be cut by knife, and take care to avoid injury to the young spears developing above ground or underground.  Knife injury to buds and immature shoots easily caused them to develop into crooked spears.
