魚菜共生系統試作

摘  要

近年來透過水產養殖和農耕結合之魚菜共生的概念,正慢慢延伸到世界的各個角落。許多人紛紛在大廈的屋頂、客廳角落及居家的陽臺設立靠著養魚水灌溉植物的生態系統。既能營造宜人景觀,也能提供家庭新鮮的蔬果。魚菜共生系統其原理係將養殖物排放至水中的排廢物,經硝化作用後由作物吸收。藉由作物將水淨化後再回收當做新的養殖用水,因而提高了水的利用效率。本研究建置兩種不同型式的魚菜共生系統進行試驗,結果顯示養殖水可提供作物生長所需的養份,但會有微量元素缺乏的問題,而透過適量補充就能讓作物正常生長,作物能淨化水質讓養殖水得以不斷的循環再利用。因此如能控制合適的放養密度,適量的投餌餵食並配合季節選擇作物,以及適時適量的補充作物所需的養分,則此系統實為一種能同時達到節能、省水、省肥的生產系統。

現有技術:魚菜共生在坊間已推行多年,主要型態大多為教學或生態教育。

創新內容:魚菜共生系統中營養鹽含量對作物生長具有顯著的影響,本研究利用水質檢測的結果調整水中營養鹽的成分,能確實改善作物養分不足的問題。

對產業影響:在臺灣魚菜共生系統的研究並不多見,本文提供詳細的系統參數,有助於加速技術聚落的形成。

The Construction and Trials of Aquaponics System

Abstract

The aquqponics is spread out gradually in recent years. There are many aquaponics to be set up on rooftop, living room and balcony, not only creates a pleasant view, but provides fresh, vegetables for family. The aquaponics system converts the fish waste into nutrient source for hydroponic plants by nitrification process, the plants uptake the nutrient and the purified water recycle in the system; results increase water-use efficiency. This project build up two types of aquaponics system, the result shows the water from aquaculture could provide nutrient to plants, while micronutrient deficiencies would be happen. With appropriate adds micronutrient to the system, the plants could grow normally and the water purified by the plants makes the water repeated use constantly. In the condition that control appropriate stocking density and feeding rate, choose seasonal crops and replenish nutrient for plants at right time. Then the system will work well in saving energy, water and fertilizer at the same time.

What is already known on this subject?
Aquaponics system has been implemented within the community for many years, most of the management model are for training or ecological education.

What are the new findings?
The nutrient content in aquaponics affect the crop growth greatly. This research detected the water quality and modulated the nutrient components, and find solution to improve the problem of nutrient deficiency.

What is the expected impact on this field?
The research of aquaponics in Taiwan are rare. This article provides detail parameters, which can contribute to expedite the forming of technical settlement.
