滴灌滴水器迷宮流道流場模擬分析之研究

滴灌是當前水分利用效率最高的灌溉方式,滴灌最重要的元件不外乎是滴水器,為深入瞭解滴水器的水力特性,本文利用SolidWorks Flow Simulation對兩款常用滴灌滴水器進行流場分析,並利用粒子研究模擬不同密度之雜質進入滴水器流道對流動之影響。結果顯示,滴水器利用齒狀流道結構使流經的流體逐漸耗散其壓力能量,而在出口處產生穩定緩慢的出水。較重的雜質容易堆積在滴水器流道的底部;反之較輕的雜質則隨著水流流動較少發生堆積的現象,因此滴灌水源必須盡可能濾除較重的雜質,加壓幫浦之入水口應避免插至儲水桶底部。

現有技術:滴灌是當前水分利用效率最高的灌溉方式,而且有不少農民使用,但國內對關鍵元件滴水器水力特性的研究並不多見。

創新內容:本文利用SolidWorks Flow Simulation 對滴灌滴水器流道之流場進行詳盡的模擬分析,並透過粒子研究模擬不同比重之雜質在流道內造成之影響。

對產業影響:讓使用者更瞭解滴灌管的特性而降低使用上的疑慮,並採行積極的維護方式以提高滴灌系統的作業效能及使用壽命。

The Research of Simulation and Analysis on Drip Irrigation Emitter Labyrinth

Abstract

Drip irrigation has the maximum water-use efficiency and Emitter is the key component of drip irrigation. In order to deeply understand the hydraulic properties of emitter, this research analyzed the flow field by SolidWorks Flow Simulation with two kinds of convention emitter and used Particle Study to simulate different density of foreign substance flow into the emitter labyrinth and to further investigate the effect on flow path. Results displayed that the dentate flow path structure of emitter dissipated pressure effectively and delivered water at a constant rate by lowering the pressure energy. The heavier foreign substances were easy to collect at the bottom of flow path, but the lighter foreign substances flowed with the water and were less collected on the contrary, hence, the water source for drip irrigation should filter out the heavier foreign substances as far as possible and the pump intake shouldn’t plug in the bottom of the tank.

What is already known on this subject?
Although drip irrigation is used, studies on the hydraulic properties of emitter are limited.

What are the new findings?
This study used SolidWorks Flow Simulation to analyze the flow field of emitter and used Particle Study to simulate different density of foreign substance flow into the emitter labyrinth and to further investigate the effect on flow path.

What is the expected impact on this field?
This study provides more information of the characteristic of drip irrigation pipes and decreases the misgivings of use drip irrigation system and improves the irrigation efficiency and prolongs the life of the irrigation system.
