洋香瓜栽種期之銀葉粉蝨族群、瓜類退綠黃化病罹病率與氣候因子之關係

摘  要

  自2011年起至2014年,調查臺南市七股與安南區氣象資料、洋香瓜 (Cucumis melo) 園區銀葉粉蝨 (Bemisia tabaci biotype B) 族群數量變化、瓜類退綠黃化病 (Cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus, CCYV)罹病率與氣候因子的關係。七股的數據顯示,粉蝨密度與罹病率均受溫度影響(R2分別為0.583與0.584),粉蝨與罹病率發生呈顯著相關性((p<0.001, R2=0.519)。安南的數據則顯示,粉蝨密度與罹病率均不受溫度影響,蟲數與罹病率發生無顯著相關性(p=0.335),該地區蟲數受雨量影響較明顯(R2=0.833)。

Relationship of Population of Bemisia tabaci biotype B, Cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus Incidence and Weather Factors during Melon (Cucumis melo) Planting Seasons

Abstract

   This study was conducted to investigate the relationship of weather factors, population dynamics of silverleaf whitefly (Bemisia tabaci biotype B) and Cucurbit chlorotic yellows virus (CCYV) incidence collected during the period of 2011 to2014 in melon (Cucumis melo) fields of Chiku and Annan district, Tainan. In Chiku, whitefly population and CCYV incidence were affected by temperature (R2=0.583, 0.584, respectively), and it showed significant difference between whitefly population and CCYV incidence (p<0.001, R2=0.519). In Annan, whitefly population and CCYV incidence were not affected by temperature, and it showed non-significant between whitefly population and CCYV incidence (p=0.335). Number of whitefly was more strongly affected by rainfall (R2=0.833) in Annan.
