應用SolidWorks Flow Simulation進行溫室內循環風扇流場分析之研究

  近年台灣地區廣泛使用溫室進行作物栽培,但最主要的問題在於溫室內高溫高濕的環境,對作物造成生理障礙而影響生長與產量。一般溫室藉由大量通風改善溫室內的溫、濕度。但當通風停止時,溫室內靜止的空氣會對作物造成許多不良影響。因此維持溫室內空氣的流動,對作物生長具有正面的效益。為了達到空氣流通的效果,循環風扇的配置就變得十分重要,但通風量、風扇配置及溫室的空間影響流場結構,且空氣在溫室內的流動不易偵測,因此難以評估內循環通風的成效。本研究針對三種配置不同循環風扇的溫室利用SolidWorks Flow Simulation軟體進行流場分析。分析結果內循環風扇向溫室中央偏轉,有助於形成較均勻的流場。對稱循環的流場在溫室對角及中央區域容易形成滯流區。旋轉式風扇形成之流場較不均勻,但藉由旋轉式排風對溫室內的空氣產生攪拌作用,可維持溫室內空氣較佳的均勻性。本研究透過圖形介面顯示流場狀態,對於研究溫室內空氣流動的情形有莫大的助益。

on Greenhouse Circulation Fan Flow Field Analysis

Abstract

   In recent years, greenhouse is widely used to grow crop in Taiwan, and the main problem is the high temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse causing the crop physiological disorder, which influence the crop growth and decrease the yield. A conventional method is by drawing a great deal of external air into greenhouse to improve the climate, but in the case of suspend ventilation, the stationary air can cause harmful effect on crop. Keeping air circulating will be a great benefit to the crop. In order to reach a circulating ventilation effectively, it is important to deploy the circulation fans appropriately. The ventilation capacity, deployment and the space of greenhouse influence the structure of flow field. Because the movement of air in the greenhouse is not easy to detect, it is hard to estimate the effects of air circulation. This research used SolidWorks Flow Simulation software to analyze the flow field on three different cases of greenhouses, the results of flow field analysis displays on a graphic interface which provides a great benefit to research on the air movement in greenhouse.
