臺南區產銷團體績效管理與運作之研究

  本研究運用平衡計分卡理論及層級分析法,探討雲嘉南地區農業產銷班發展成功的關鍵因素,以期能協助產銷班經營管理與運作。從評估構面來看,以『內部流程構面』被認為最重要,其次為『財務構面』與『顧客構面』,因此產銷班的績效管理可先從改善內部流程著手,進而改善財務與顧客構面。從評估項目分析,依序為機械設備共同使用及由專人負責維護程度、分級依共同標準或由專人執行程度、市場通路多元化程度、生產資材設備共同採購及供應商送貨配合程度、生產資材進貨檢驗及庫存管理或資訊化情形等5項管理評估項目加強改善,以提昇運作經營績效與效率的管理。

Research on Performance Management and Operation of
Production and Marketing Teams in Tainan District

Abstract

   This study examined the key successful factors of production and marketing teams in Yunlin, Chiayi and Tainan district by using the balanced scorecard theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Useful information will be provided to help to enhance the management and operation of production and marketing teams. From the four assessment perspectives, the "internal process perspective" is considered to be the most important, followed by "financial perspectives" and "customer perspectives". Performance management of the production and marketing team can start to improve internal processes and then to improve the financial and customer perspectives. The 5 factors that can help to raise the performance management, according to the priority from top down, are common use of mechanical equipments and persons responsible for maintenance, followed by grading product by common standards or people, marketing channel diversification, purchase of operation materials for common use and distribution, and material purchasing examination and inventory management.
