　　 文心蘭臺南1號-香美人，為屬間雜交種。本品種係於民國93年冬完成雜交，並於100年12月完成命名審查，品種主要特性為株型中型。具假球莖，長橢圓形，顏色呈綠色。葉長披針形、對稱，橫斷面平展，葉背暗黃綠色。花梗淡褐色，總花朵數約48朵，紫紅花系，具香味。萼瓣橢圓形，周緣具波浪狀，紫紅色(RHS59A)，具黃綠色(RHS149D)條斑及鑲邊，基部內部顏色呈紫紅色(RHS59A)。翼瓣橢圓形，尖端呈銳角形，紫紅色(RHS59A)，具黃綠色(RHS149D)條斑及鑲邊，基部內部顏色呈紫紅色(RHS59A)。唇瓣中央裂片為蝶形，邊緣具缺刻，白色(RHS155C)，具紫紅色(RHS60A)塊斑及條斑，基部內部顏色呈紫紅色(RHS60A)，肉瘤形狀呈第五型，顏色呈黃色。蕊柱白色，花粉塊呈金黃色。屬優選盆花及切花品種。

Breeding of a New Oncidium Variety“Tainan No.1"

Abstract

　　 Tainan No. 1 is a new variety of Oncidium , which was released by Tainan District Agriculture Research and Extension in December 2011. The main characteristics of Tainan No. 1 were as follow:
1.Plant form: medium size.
2.Pseudobulb: pseudobulb present, oblong, green.
3.Leaf: linear lanceolate, symmetric, flat cross section, leaf reverse dark yellowish green.
4.Flower: peduncle light brown, a total of approximately 48 flowers; main color red purple, flat flower type in side view, fragrant.
5.Sepal: elliptical, undulation of margin present, red purple (RHS59A), with yellow green (RHS149D) stripes and edges, red purple (RHS59A) base color of the inside portion.
6.Petal: elliptical, acute shape of apex, red purple (RHS59A), with yellow green (RHS149D) stripes and edges, red purple (RHS59A) base color of the inside portion.
7.Lip: papilionaceously shaped apical lobe, lobation of margin present, white (RHS155C), with red purple (RHS60A) brindles and stripes, red purple (RHS60A) base color of the inside portion. Callus type V shaped, yellow.
8.Column: white, pollinium golden.
