果園地被植物多年生花生與四瓣馬齒莧繁殖技術之研究

摘  要

  本文以探討果園草生栽培地被植物,多年生花生與四瓣馬齒莧的繁殖技術,多年生花生以98格的穴盤扦插對發根率、發根數與根長的表現最佳,扦插苗以濃度500 ppm的IBA處理對發根最符合經濟效益,扦插苗在扦插後28天的發根數與根長最長,成本則是以穴盤扦插每枝1.44元較直接田間扦插便宜。四瓣馬齒莧繁殖以莖段4公分長度生長表現較佳,肥料濃度以花寶2號稀釋500倍對生長效果最佳,不同IBA濃度處理顯示對四瓣馬齒莧的生長無顯著影響,果園培育初期可搭配施用施得圃與伏寄普來防治雜草,對其生長影響較小。

The Propagation Research of Ground Cover Plants Arachis pintoi Krap.
& Greg. and Portulaca quadrifida L.

Abstract

  The purpose of this experiment was to study the propagation technology of ground cover plants Arachis pintoi Krap. & Greg. and Portulaca quadrifida L. The Arachis pintoi Krap. & Greg. cutting in 98 plug had more rooting rate, rooting number and root length. The cuttings treated with 500ppm of IBA solution was more economic to induce rooting. The highest root number and longest root length are appeared at the 28th days after cutting. The cost per cutting in plug was 1.11 NT, which was cheaper than direct cutting in field. The proper stolon length in propagation of Portulaca quadrifida L. was 4 cm. The stolon applied with Hyponex No.2 500X can get more weight, which means product more biomass. There was not significant difference between different concentration of IBA solution treatments. Pendimethalin and Fluazifop-butyl are suggested to spray to control weeds at the initial cultivation in orchard. These two herbicides cause less damage to Portulaca quadrifida L.
