十字花科蔬菜品種抗黑腐病篩選之研究

  黑腐病(Xanthomoans campestris pv. campestris)為十字花科蔬菜重要的病害之一,抗病品種的篩選及育成為有效的防治途徑,本試驗分析臺灣地區於1993~2010年間採集的黑腐病菌株,經接種鑑定將參試生理小種區分為五群,其中二群為生理小種6及7,另三群則與國外研究所發表的9個生理小種不符,暫稱其為生理小種5’、6’及X;以生理小種7數量最多佔46.3%,其次為生理小種5’佔21.95%。分別將此五群生理小種的菌株接種於青花菜、甘藍、花椰菜及白菜等共41個十字花科蔬菜商業品種,29個甘藍類品種對上述5個生理小種菌株均無抗性,而部分白菜類品種則對生理小種6’、7及X分別具有抗性。未來仍需進一步針對臺灣地區黑腐病的生理小種進行分析,並篩選具有抗性的種原。

Identification of Crucifer Varieties for Resistance to Black Rot (Xanthomoans campestris pv. campestris)

Abstract

  Xanthomoans campestris pv. campestris (Xcc) is one of the most important pathogens of crucifer vegetables. To develop resistant varieties, numbers of Xcc strains isolated in Taiwan from 1993 to 2010 were tested for virulence and membership to races. Among 41 virulent strains of the pathogen 46.3% belonged to race 7 and 21.95% to race 5’. Three races in this study couldn’t conform to 9 races. In order to screen crucifers for black rot resistance, 41 commercial varieties included 9 broccolis, 17 cauliflowers, 7 cabbages and 7 chinese cabbage were inoculated in seedling stage with 5 strains distributed in 5 races. The results showed 29 varieties of B. oleracea were susceptible, and several varieties from B. campestris showed resistance to race 6’,7 and X.
