蟲膠包膜肥料應用於設施甜瓜栽培之初步研究

摘  要

  本研究以台肥特43號複合肥料為肥料核心,外層裹覆蟲膠,製成數種試驗用包膜緩釋型肥料。將所製成的包膜肥料,應用於設施甜瓜的滴灌栽培系統,並與農民慣行之養液滴灌處理相比較。試驗結果顯示,蟲膠包膜肥料經適當的調整配方後,用於設施甜瓜的滴灌栽培系統,其產量不遜於農民慣用養液栽培處理,且具成本較低、較省工之優點。市售緩釋肥處理之產量較養液處理及蟲膠包膜肥料處理為差,推測由於氮及鉀肥的釋放速率太慢,無法配合作物生長所需之故。由實驗結果可知蟲膠包膜肥料取代養液應用於設施栽培滴灌系統應為可行,但必須配合作物生育特性,選擇適合的肥料,和施用適當的量。

A Preliminary Study of Shellac Coated Fertilizers on Mellon in Plastic House

Abstract

  Different coated fertilizers were produced by using Taiwan compound fertilizer No. 43 as core and coated with different amounts of shellac. The coated fertilizers were applied on dipping cultivation system to plastic-house melon production, and compare to conventional dipping systems used by the farmer. Results showed that the formulated shellac coated fertilizers used in this study had higher yield and a better performance with benefits of saving cost and labor. The treatment with market available slow release fertilizer, had an inferior performance because the released amount of nitrogen and potassium can not cope with the demands of plant growth, in comparison to the treatments of cultivated fertilizer liquid and the shellac coated fertilizers. Results in this study revealed that shellac coated fertilizers could replace cultivated liquid treatments in plastic-house dipping systems. However, it is necessary to match the growth characteristics of crop and select suitable kinds and dosages of fertilizers.
