綠蘆筍台南4號之育成

摘  要

  陳水心、詹碧連、王裕權、游添榮、顏永福、陳榮五。2008。綠蘆筍台南4號之育成及品種特性。台南區農業改良場研究彙報 52:52-65。

  綠蘆筍台南4號為台灣第一個單雜交品種。原品系代號為C-19,自1982年起進行組合力檢定試驗後,再經新品系比較試驗、新品系區域試驗、穩定性分析、病蟲害調查等試驗,於2004年完成命名為台南4號。台南4號嫩莖脆嫩度佳、甜度高、風味佳、粗纖維含量少。嫩莖品質優良,預冷後保存天數長,可延長儲架銷售期。且植株生長勢強、健壯高大。在臺灣夏季高溫的環境中,其筍尖緊密不易開張、產量高、品質佳。適合熱帶及亞熱帶地區栽培。台南4號嫩莖粗大、整齊圓滑畸型筍少。且在高溫下筍尖緊密不易開芒之優點。

Breeding of a New Green Asparagus Variety
"Tainan No. 4"

Abstract

  Tainan No. 4 is the first single cross variety which released in Taiwan. Its original code was C-19 in yield test and performed high shoot yield and good eating quality in the several trials; finally it was released in 2004 by Tainan DARES. Taiwan No. 4 has strong vigorous plant and high spear yield, its spear has low crude fiber content, good appearance, eating quality and long sell-life in cooling storage condition.
