本研究目的在於探討 綠肥大豆與水稻輪作對水稻稻穀產量、肥培管理及土壤肥力之影響，以作為農民施肥之參考依據。由試驗結果顯示一期作綠肥大豆有較高之植體產量，相對植體肥分含量亦較高。而與綠肥大豆輪作之一期作或二期作水稻產量均高於水稻連作區。不同氮肥處理試驗結果顯示，與綠肥大豆輪作之水稻區每公頃施用 126公斤 氮肥，其水稻產量與施用 168公斤 氮肥之水稻連作區差異不顯著，即是與綠肥大豆輪作之水稻區可以減少約每公頃 42公斤 氮肥，相當於 200公斤 硫酸銨。土壤肥力分析結果顯示，輪作綠肥大豆可以增加土壤有機質、總氮含量及有效性氧化鎂含量，有利於增進水稻產量。

Effect of Green Manure Soybean on Rice Yield and Soil Fertility

The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of green manure soybean and rice rotation systems on rice yield and soil fertility. The results indicated that the first season crop had higher biomass and nutrient contents of green manure soybean than the second season crop. The rice yields were significantly increased on the green manure-rotation treatments in both first and second season crop. The rice yields in the treatment with 126 kg /ha of nitrogen fertilizer plus green manure-rotation system were no significant difference to the treatment with 168 kg /ha of nitrogen fertilizer plus continuous cropping system. Therefore, the green manure-rotation treatments could save 42 kg /ha of nitrogen fertilizer. The soil organic matters, total nitrogen and available MgO contents in the green manure-rotation plots were higher than the continuous cropping plots. Therefore, the green manure-rotation treatments may significantly increase rice yield and maintain soil fertility.
