水稻越光品種安定生產之穗肥診斷技術的研究

摘  要

  羅正宗。 2007-水稻越光品種安定生產之穗肥診斷技術的研究。 台南區農業改良場研究彙報 49:24-34。

   本試驗於 2000年第二期作至2002年第一期作進行,以越光品種為材料,施以不同氮肥量(每公頃180,120,60及 0公斤 氮素 )處理, 生育期間每週分別調查水稻植冠之分蘗數及葉色值(葉綠素計值),並於成熟期調查單位面積產量及其構成因素,利用葉綠素計作為水稻越光品種之生育診斷工具,依其測定值作為穗肥施用之參考依據,以避免成熟後期植株倒伏,達到安全穩定生產之目的。由試驗結果顯示越光稻穀產量之四個構成因素,與產量間之關係多呈極顯著之正相關,且單位面積總粒數(單位面積穗數與每穗粒數之乘積)與稻穀產量間之關係極為密切。單位面積穗數與幼穗分化期之分蘗數間呈極顯著之正相關,依此關係進行水稻越光品種穗肥診斷技術的開發,結果顯示第一期作越光品種產量安全穩定之生產,稻株在幼穗分化時以每平方公尺具有500-600分蘗數,及葉色值為42.5左右最為理想。第二期作越光產量低下主要原因雖為有效分蘗數不足所致,但為避免每穗粒數過多而倒伏,葉色仍以42-43間為宜。

Summary

  This experiment was undertaken during the second crop season of 2000 to the first crop season of 2002. It was to explore the feasibility to apply chlorophyll meter (SPAD-502 type, MINOLTA) on topdressing diagnosis to stable productivity of rice var. koshihikari. The result shows that highly positive correlation between total grain number (product of panicle number and grain number per panicle) and grain yield. The panicle number was related to tiller number during panicle initiation. Development of diagnosis technology that it is topdressing in var. koshihikari , result show diagnosis to stable productivity of rice plant is 500-600 tillers to count by each square meter. While panicle initiation , and SPAD reading value is 42.5 ideal. During the second crop, insufficiently effective tiller to cause grain yield is done. In order to prevent the one of grain number per panicle from counting too many and resulting in lodging, the SPAD reading value is still suitable for 42-43.
