地理資訊系統應用於植物保護的模擬實作

摘  要

宋一鑫、陳昇寬、彭瑞菊、黃榮作.2005.地理資訊系統應用於植物保護的模擬實作。台南區農業改良場研究彚報45:64-73。

本研究的目的旨在使用自由軟體建立可操作、低成本及信賴性的地理資訊系統,以便輔助區內植物保護工作,強化區域性之病蟲害監測工作之分析能力。以市售的地形圖或自行繪製的地圖及調查取樣點的設置可以建立圖形資料,配合調查或統計資料以建立圖形資料之屬性。以檢疫果實蠅偵測資料為例,現有檢疫果實蠅偵測站雖能涵蓋區內重要作物生產區,然依其設置特性並不適宜作為整區監測資料之參考。未來仍須提高取樣密度點、建立更多的調查資料,方能使地理資訊系統使用實務化。

Simulation of a Geographic Information System in Plant Protection

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to use free software by workable, low cost and reliable in the Geographical Information System, in which to assist the protection work of plants and improve the analyzing ability of pest monitoring. The layers of map data in the system is created by maps of products or by man-made, or by sampling sites. Each small grid in layers of map is referred as an attribute of information which is made by investigations or references. The result of an example indicated that the sites of detected on quarantine fruit flies overlapped with the important crops region, but recommended that varies of the densities should be considered as a unit by each site. To improve the practical use of Geographical Information System, the more investigations and density of sampling are necessary.
