菱角金花蟲Galerucella nipponensis (Laboissiere)(Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)生態學研究初報

摘  要

陳昇寬、陳文雄•2003•菱角金花蟲Galerucella nipponensis (Laboissiere)(Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)生態學初探。台南區農業改良場研究彙報41:28~34。

1999年8月21日至11月13日間調查田間菱角金花蟲族群密度,在8月底達高峰後開始下降,最高族群密度為11.6隻/株。每一卵塊含8粒卵之頻度最高,卵之寄生蜂有二種,均為Tetrastichus屬,平均寄生率為57.0%,以含12粒卵之卵塊被寄生率最高,平均被寄生率達79.2%。室內不同溫度下之發育為,在低溫10℃下卵無法孵化,在15℃下無法完成蛹期,而在高溫35℃下無法完成幼蟲期,適溫20℃至30℃間則隨溫度升高所需發育時間縮短。

Preliminary Studies on the Ecology of Galerucella nipponensis (Laboissiere) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae)

Summary

From Aug. 21 to Nov. 13 in 1999, the population density of Galerucella nipponensis was surveyed in the waterchestnut field at Guantian township, it found the highest population peak reached in the late August with 11.6 individuals per plant. The frequency of 8 eggs contained in a cluster was the highest, with 18%. There were two species of Tetrastichus parasitoid was found parasitized in the eggs, and average percentage of parasite was 57%. In test of the temperature effect on development of Galerucella nipponensis, it was showed that the eggs could not hatch at low temperature 10℃, the pupae could not complete development at 15℃, and the larvae could not finish development at 35℃. The higher the temperature was, the developmental duration was shorter under the optimal temperatures of 20℃ to 30℃.
