星辰花白絹病菌之生理特性及其防治藥劑的室內篩選

摘  要

星辰花白絹病病原菌(Sclerotium rolfsii)在馬鈴薯葡萄糖水瓊脂(PDA)培養基上,以30℃之處理菌落生長最快,以35℃之處理菌核產出量最多,至於在25℃百粒菌核重則明顯高於其他處理;以白絹病病原菌菌核接種星辰花,接種菌核數愈多則愈容易發病;接種3粒菌核15天後,除置於15℃之定溫箱中,罹病度為33外,在20、25、30及35℃之定溫箱者,罹病度皆為100。菌核放置於添加50%福多寧可濕性粉劑3000倍或10%菲克利乳劑1500倍或30%殺紋寧溶液1000倍之PDA培養基平板上,4天後菌核均未發芽,惟對照無藥劑處理者菌絲生長直徑為8.5公分;菌核浸漬50%福多寧可濕性粉劑3000倍或10%菲克利乳劑1500倍稀釋液30分鐘後置於PDA培養基平板上,4天後菌絲生長直徑分別為4.7及5.1公分,對照無浸藥劑處理為8.5公分。

The Physiological Properties of Sclerotium Blight Fungus on Statice Plant and its Control Fungicides Screening in vitro

Summary

 Sclerotium blight, caused by Sclerotium rolfsii, is one of serious diseases of statice plant in Tainan. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth of the pathogen was at 25~30℃, but for its sclerotial production was at 25℃ in Potato dextrose agar (PDA). The disease index of statice plants was 100 when the plants were inoculated with 3 or 5 sclerotia for 15 days at 20-35℃. The sclerotial didn’t germinate when they were inoculated on PDA added with 50% Flutolanil WP at 3000-fold dilution, 10% Hexaconazole EC 1500-fold dilution, or 30% Hymexazole S 1000-fold dilution for 4 days at 25 ℃.
