本研究於民國84年及85年第一期作,假雲林縣元長鄉山茂段透過組織經營班集團委託代耕辦理,農場經營規模分20、10及1.0公頃三個處理。以大馬力、中馬力、小馬力農機及人工作業進行。經兩年試驗所得結果在機械作業效率方面,以每公頃所需平均作業工時計算,20公頃規模為121.55小時,20公頃規模分別可較10及1.0公頃規模提高作業效率4及32%,10公頃規模可較1.0公頃規模提高作業效率29%。在機械作業成本方面,20公頃規模分別可較10與1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低機械作業成本5、25及30%。10公頃規模分別可較1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低機械作業成本21及26%。1.0公頃規模可較一般委託代耕降低機械作業成本6%。在經營效益方面可由下列三點說明,每公頃生產成本:20公頃規模分別可較10、1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低生產成本4、19及24%。10公頃規模分別可較1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低生產成本16及21%。1.0公頃規模可較一般委託代耕降低生產成本6%。每公斤生產成本:20公頃規模分別可較10、1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低生產成本3、19及24%。10公頃規模分別可較1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕降低生產成本17及21%。1.0公頃規模可較一般委託代耕降低生產成本6%。每公頃純收益:20公頃規模分別可較10、1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕增收1、22及32%,10公頃規模分別可較1.0公頃規模及一般委託代耕增收21及30%,1.0公頃規模可較一般委託代耕增收7%。

Studies on the Cost and Operating Efficiency of Rice Machineries under Different Farm Sizes

Summary

In the first crop season of 1995 & 1996, rice cultivars Taikeng 8 & Taichung sen 10 were used in Yuen chang, Yuinlin Prefecture, to evaluate the cost/working efficiency of rice cultivation with different farm sizes by machineries.  The farm sizes were 20 ha, 10 ha & 1.0 ha, the operating methods were divided into bid, middle or small machine & human labor, the results in the two years showed that the working efficiency (work hours/ha) was 121.55 hours in the 20 ha of farm size, 127.27 hours in the 10 ha of farm size, 178.03 hours in the 1.0 ha of farm size, or 20 ha of size increased 4% & 32% of efficiency than 10 ha & 1.0 ha of farm size, respectively, and 10 ha of farm size increased 29% of efficiency than 1.0 ha of farm size.  For working cost of machineries, 20 ha of farm size was 5%, 25% & 30%, less than 10 ha, 1.0 ha of farm size and general entrusting cultivation, respectively, and 10 ha of farm size was 6% less then general entrusting cultivation method.  The profit of management can be described as follow: In production cost per hectare: 20 ha of farm size was 4%, 19% & 24%, respectively, less than 10 ha of farm size, 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, or 10 ha of farm size was 16% & 21%, respectively, less than 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, and 1.0 ha of farm size was 60% less than general entrusting cultivation method.  In production cost per kilogram: 20 ha of farm size was 3%, 19% & 24%, respectively, less than 10 ha of farm size, 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, 10 ha of farm size was 17% & 21%, respectively, less then 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, 1.0 ha of farm size was 6% less than general entrusting cultivation method.  In net profit per ha: 20 ha of farm size increased 1%, 22% & 32% more than 10 ha of farm size, 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, respectively, 10 ha of farm size increased 21% & 30% more than 1.0 ha of farm size & general entrusting cultivation method, respectively, and 1.0 ha of farm size increased 7% more than general entrusting cultivation method.
