落花生機械化栽培一貫作業體系之調查評估

摘  要

施清田、鄭榮瑞、陳萬福、盧子淵、盛中德、謝廣文、游祥芳、馮丁樹.1994.落花生機械化栽培一貫作業體系之調查評估。台南區農業改良場研究彙報31:59~71。

本年度計畫執行成果,1992年(81年)秋作在雲林縣虎尾鎮及台南縣善化鎮各設置一處示範田,1993年(82年)春作在雲林縣虎尾鎮及水林鄉各設置一處,合計四處。落花生自整地、施基肥、播種、噴殺草劑、施追肥、中耕除草培土、病蟲害防治、收穫及乾燥等各項作業、調查不同耕作項目,使用不同作業機械之機械作業效率、機械作業成本與人工作業效率、人工作業成本之差異分析。在機械作業體系效率方面機械體系(C)分別可較傳統方式(A)及機械體系(B)提高作業效率春作為80.57∼79.40%,秋作為80.77∼79.36%及春作為12.73∼8.77%,秋作為16.73∼11.0%。機械體系(B)亦可較傳統方式(A)提高作業效率春作為77.75∼77.42%,秋作為76.90∼76.81%。在機械作業體系成本方面機械體系(C)分別可較傳統方式(A)及機械體系(B)每公頃降低作業成本春作為33.46∼38.70%,秋作為32.71∼39.74%及春作為4.51∼5.20%,秋作為5.28∼5.79%,機械體系(B)亦可較傳統方式(A)每公頃降低作業成本春作為30.32∼35.33%,秋作為28.96∼36.03%。

Evaluation on Mechanization of Peanut Culture System

Summary

The result of this annual project was two areas for 1992 autumn cultivation at Huwei Chen, Yunlin Hsien and Shanhua Chen, Tainan Hsien, and two areas for 1993 spring cultivation at Huwei Chen and Shuilin Hsiang, Yunlin Hsien, totally four areas.  The analysis of difference was made on different items of peanut cultivating process such as plowing, fertilizing, sowing, spraying herbicides, re-fertilizing, medium weeding and cultivating sand, preventing diseases and pests, harvesting, and drying, as well as on operational efficiency of using different machines, operational cost of machinery, operational efficiency and operational cost of human power.  In the aspect of the operational efficiency of machinery, machinery system (C) is higher than traditional method (A) and machinery system (B), by 80.57%~79.40% for spring cultivation and 80.77%~79.36% for autumn cultivation, and by 12.37%~8.77% for spring cultivation and 16.73%~11.0% for autumn cultivation, respectively.  Machine system (B) is higher than traditional method (A) in the operational efficiency by 77.75%~77.42% for spring cultivation and 76.90%~76.81% for autumn cultivation.  In the aspect of the operational cost, machinery system (C) is lower than traditional method (A) and machinery system (B), by 33.46%~38.70% per hectare for spring cultivation and 32.71%~39.74% per hectare for autumn cultivation, and by 4.51%~5.20% per hectare for spring cultivation and 5.28%~5.79% per hectare for autumn cultivation, respectively.  And machinery system (B) is lower than traditional method (A) in the operational cost per hectare by 30.32%~35.33% for spring cultivation and 28.96%~36.03% for autumn cultivation.
