夾持式落花生聯合收穫機之研究

摘  要

本研究發展之夾持脫莢系統採用皮帶夾持式,脫莢齒為橡膠材質,應用於本省鮮株脫莢之收穫,其收穫品質比一般投入式脫莢法為優。根據脫莢筒速度與脫莢性能之關係試驗分析,以脫莢筒轉速450rpm至500rpm之脫莢效果最佳。根據脫莢夾持位置與脫莢性能之關係試驗結果分析,以脫莢夾持位置在17cm脫莢效果最佳。根據夾送速度與脫莢性能之關係試驗結果分析,以夾送帶速度在90rpm至110rpm時,其脫莢效果較適合。研製完成之夾持式落花生聯合收穫機主要機構包括疏株、鬆土裝置、拔株夾送裝置、夾持脫莢裝置、選別與輸出裝袋裝置,履帶行走裝置及動力系統。本機使用25馬力柴油引擎,每次採收一畦兩行,拔株、夾送、脫莢、選別、裝袋等作業一次完成。根據田間收穫試驗結果分析,平均拔株率99.2%,地下殘留率1.8%,地面損失率2.0%,未脫莢率2.5%,帶子房柄率9.9%,破裂莢率3.2%,夾雜物率6.2%,作業能率每公頃8-10小時。


Studies on the Clamping-type of Peanut Harvesting Combine

Summary

Peanut is one of the most important oil crops in Taiwan. In order to decrease peanut harvesting cost and save labor, the once-over harvesting of peanut combine is urgently necessary. The objective of this study was to develop and improve a suitable once-over harvester for peanut. The physical properties of peanut were included into the improvement of threshing system. A clamping-type combine was developed at Tainan DAIS in 1988. The basic components of this machine include pulling-up and lifting system, threshing system, clearing system, package system and crawler. The best threshing efficiency was obtained under the condition when the clamping location is set up at 17 cm from the clamping belt to the threshing cylinder center, the threshing cylinder speed is set up at 450-500 rpm and clamping belt speed is set up at 90-110 rpm. The machine equipped with a 25 HP diesel engine. The harvesting width is 1 met. The operation steps include pulling-up of the plants, threshing, clearing and packing. The performance of this machine in the field indicated that 99.2% of the plants were removed, 1.8% of the pods lost in the ground, 2.0% of the pods dropped on the ground, 2.5% of the pods were unthreshed, 9.9% of the harvested pods were with peg, 3.2% of the pods were damaged. The harvested pods were with 6.4% of plant material or debris. The working capacity was 8-10 hrs/ha.
