蘆筍立枯病生物防治之研究

摘  要

以腐生型鎌刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)接種在蘆筍立枯病病原菌(F. Oxysporum f. sp. asparagi)之感染土後種植蘆筍苗,於種植後90天調查,其發病率為12.2%,而種植於病原菌感染土之蘆筍其發病率為24.5%,二者間有顯著差異。有機質添加雖均能促進腐生型菌或病原菌的繁殖,但腐生型菌感染土添加米糠10天後再混入立枯病病原菌感染土之處理,於種植70天後其發病率為3.3%,而無任何處理之病原菌感染土,其發病率則高達36.7%。田間應用試驗,擇乙處八年生蘆筍園,進行米糠及腐生型菌單獨或混合添加處理,結果顯示腐生型F. oxysporum加米糠之處理,與無添加區比較年產量增加3∼6%,但腐生型菌單項處理則無增產效果。對廢耕之老筍園進行更新試驗,第三年之成活率顯示米糠及腐生型菌添加米糠兩種處理比單獨接種腐生型菌及對照無任何處理者為高,達顯著差異,第三年之產量,仍以前二者之處理較高,年產量約增加4∼11%。又將SH土壤添加物添加在蘆筍立枯病病原菌感染土,分別進行盆栽及田間處理,於種植後半年,該處理之植株成活率較添加米糠或無任何添加物之處理區為高,達5%顯著差異。

Summary

<        Both Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. asparagi and saprophytic F. oxysporum could utilize the rice bran and sun bemp as nutritional source.  The pot-test indicated that saprophytic F. oxysporum mixed with or without amendments could reduce the disease severity of Fusarium wilt on asparagus.

<        The field test indicated that the treatment of saprophytic F. oxysporum mixed with rice bran or rice bran alone can increase the year yield of asparagus about 3~6% in decline field, and increased the numbers of stand survival in replant field.

<        However, the result showed soil amendment with SH-mixture would raise the yield of asparagus and increase the numbers of stand survival at the pot and field test.  The effects of SH-mixture is better than those of rice bran.
