應用太陽能及有機綠肥對番茄白絹病之防治效果

摘  要

杜金池、程永雄、黃杉茋.1987.應用太陽能及有機綠肥對番茄白絹病之防治效果。台南區農業改良場研究彙報21:33~41。

為有效防治番茄白絹病,於番茄種植前植畦覆蓋0.25mmPE塑膠布處理,可提高土表層5公分處之溫度達12℃,覆蓋塑膠布之處理最高地溫51℃,最低地溫27℃,調查期間15天內維持40℃以上之時數達119小時之多,對照不覆蓋之最高地溫39℃,最低地溫23℃,未有40℃以上之時數。種植前植畦覆蓋塑膠布處理,能有效控制番茄白絹病之發生,使土表以及土表下5公分之白絹病菌核均未能存活,田間植株亦無白絹病之發生。植畦覆蓋塑膠布,並再添加有機綠肥,如苜蓿、太陽麻或玉米莖葉等,對番茄白絹病之防治效果比植畦覆舊塑膠布單項處理為優。

Effects of Solar Energy and Green Manures on the Control of Southern Blight of Tomato

Summary

        For effective controlling southern blight of tomato, planting row was covered with transparent plastic sheet before planting.  The temperature under soil surface 5 cm in depth can increase 12℃ after covering ;with plastic sheet and the temperature keeps on 40℃ or more for 119 hours during the detecting period while the control plot without any treatments never reaches 40℃ the highest and the lowest temperature of soil were 51℃ and 27℃ at the treatment of covering with plastic sheet, respectively, were 39℃ and 23℃ for the control plot without any treatments.

        Before transplanting, planting row was covered with plastic sheet can get good result for the control of southern blight of tomato.  The sclerotia of Sclerotium rolfsii can’t survive in the soil surface and soil under soul surface 5 cm in depth, and no diseased plants are found.  However, the treatment of plant row amended with green manure and covered with plastic sheet is better for controlling southern blight than treatment of plastic sheet covering only.
