履帶式落花生聯合收穫機之研究

摘  要

在本年度中,為了使履帶式落花生聯合收穫機之田間作業性能更理想與實用;除分別對各分項作業機詳予檢討分析及改良外,同時研究新型,簡化且性能更優異之脫莢法,以期將來取代目前所用之軸流脫莢法,各項改良與研究結果,摘述如后:

一、將軸流脫莢機之脫莢齒齒節由36cm改為24cm,單筒脫莢行程(三筒併聯型)增為80cm,總有效脫莢行程為160cm,期增加脫莢效率,減少殘留與外漏率。

二、脫莢筒(并聯式)轉速由三筒等速──200 R.P.M,改為220-220-240 R.P.M,以減少殘留莢。

三、前承載深淺控制滾輪附加植株前處理切除裝置,以便春作收穫時切除部份徒長植株,可有效防止脫莢作業中筒內植株積堵。

四、水平與斜送莢機一體化,減少集莢故障與漏損。

五、不同導程脫莢裝置,其脫莢結果雖裂口莢少,但損壞莢率仍高,約3∼4%,殘留率為5∼10%,仍需再予改良。

六、鏈條夾持式軸流脫莢設計,裂口莢率幾乎為零,損壞莢率為3∼6%,如採用二段式不同脫莢深度脫莢,每段脫莢行程為40cm,則殘留率降至1.3%以下,此設計較不同導程方式為簡單,製造上亦容易,深具發展潛力。


Study on the Crawler Peanut Combine (3)

Summary

       In order to get the best operating performance of the peanut combine which had been designed out in 1983, this study takes individual analysis and improvement on each mechanism of the combine and makes researching on a new picking device which has more effective and simple than the original during the year of 1984. The results of this study are as follows:

1. For increasing the picking efficiency and reducing the field loss, the axial flow picker has been changed the tooth pitch from 36 cm to 24 cm and the processing stroke from 70 cm to 80 cm for each cylinder.

2. Using a different picking speed of 220-220-240 RPM for the picker (three parallel cyl.) stands for the same speed transmission.

3. Add the pre-processing cutter to both side of the front control roll to cut part of stem off; it will make the cylinder more clearly to preventing of squeezing.

4.  It will save the disturb of hull collecting by using a unified conveyor for horizontal and incline discharging.

5. The different lead picking device has a better efficiency of less cracked hull but 3~4% of damaged and 5~10% of un-pick after picking.  It should take further improvement in the future.

The chain-clamped axial-flow picking device has an advantage of the same as the different lead device t=but 3~6% damaged.  If using a two stage picking method by different feeding depth with 40 cm processing stroke, it will reduce the un-pick hull to less than 1.3%.  This device is simpler than the other and it has a high potential to stand for the original in the future.
