玉米毒素病與接種處置之關係探討

摘  要

玉米毒素病(Badila-isolate, SCMV-D)接種源含有硼酸或亞硫酸鈉之緩衝液,其發病可達52%以上。溫室試驗時接種法以磨擦法效果最佳且穩定,其發病率可達68%。玉米在不同生育期中,以5∼7葉期為最佳接種期,發病率達56%。接種後溫度處理以26±0.5℃較佳,其發病率為48.7%,病原潛伏期縮短2∼3天。

Summary

       The additions of buffer solution boric acid and sodium sulfite to the corn virus disease (Badila-isolate, SCMV-D) source caused 52% more infection. The artificial inoculation with abrasion in the greenhouse causes 68% infection. Test on the effect of different stages of plant development on the incidence of corn virus disease showed that plants with 5~7 leaf stage were most suitable for inoculation and had 56% infection. Among the post-inoculation temperature treatments on the incidence of corn virus disease were better infected at 26 ±0.5℃ and reached 48.7% infection, meanwhile the incubated for the corn virus disease had been shortened for 2~3 days.
