洋香瓜塑膠布隧道式栽培73/74年期示範效益評估

摘  要

洋香瓜PE布隧道式栽培,在本省為初次採用,種植結果由於冬季保溫良好,除提高品質(Brix 12∼15%)外,顯可減少裂果(裂果率1.4%,一般栽培法分別為30.4%及35.1%),增加合格品產量,同時因提早24∼30日收穫,充分發揮調節產期的功能,且因拍賣價值高,瓜農收益每分地比一般栽培區高出新台幣26,500∼29,099元。

毒素病及露菌病二種重要病害,在PE布隧道式栽培也相對減少,僅分別為0.2%∼2.24%,節省防治成本幾達50%。

但因PE布隧道式栽培果實發育期間每逢低溫寒流,晝間塑膠布保溫,溫度高達33∼34℃,夜間溫度急速下降至13℃左右,日夜溫差極端變化,易造成醱酵果及苦味出現,同時因低溫著果,優級品與良級品佔合格品的85.6%,果實偏小,栽培上有待進一步研究改進的必要。


The PE Sheet Tunnel Culture on Muskmelon

Summary

        PE sheet tunnel cultivation of muskmelon was the first time performed in Taiwan.  Being the higher temperature kept in the tunnel during winter season, it could improve the quality of melon (12%~15%).  It also could reduce incident of fruit crack and make the harvest time earlier.  The data indicated that the adjusted function of production had the market value go up, and the farmers’ profit also increased from 265,020 to 290,990 NT$/ha.

        The cold current always come during fruit development.  The temperature is over 30℃ in the day but below 15℃ in the night in tunnel.  Owing to the temperature fluctuation, it causes the mature fruit to be ferment and bitter odor easily.  The fruit setting was appeared under the lower temperature, there 85.6% of good and fair grade melon produced and fruit size was to be small.  Therefore, the improvement of the PE sheet tunnel cultural method on muskmelon is needed for more researches for the superior production.
