玉米收穫機之研究(1)

摘 要
本收穫機之設計係以履帶底盤承載摘穗、去苞與集穗作業機,並以液壓驅動,使玉米之摘穗與去苞作業在田間同時完成。摘穗頭以500∼600 R.P.M轉數作業,去苞軸以200∼250 R.P.M轉數去苞時,效果最佳;針狀去苞釘去苞效果比椿狀好,且損傷率較低,其去苞效率在95%以上。摘穗與去苞一貫作業時,其理論田間工作能量為12hr/ha,若僅摘穗時則提高為8hr/ha;玉米收穫時之含水率以30∼45%為理想,其田間脫粒損失約為80∼100kg/ha。

Summary
The once-over operation mechanism of snapping and husking is designed by Tainan DAIS since 1983. The individual mechanism is mounted on a crawler frame and driven by a hydraulic power system. The best snapping speed for snapping roller is 500-600 R.P.M. and the speed for husking is 200 R.P.M. The husking efficiency of nail insert is better than peg and the husking efficiency is above 95%. The theoritical field capacity is 12 hr/ha for once over operation and it is up to 8 hr/ha for picking only. For best harvesting efficiency, the proper moisture conten is 30%-45% and the shelling grain loss is about 80-100 kg/ha.
