履帶式落花生聯合收穫機之研究(2)

摘  要

本型收穫機之設計與性能,經一年來多次的室內分析改良及田間試驗,已獲得理想之成果;有關改良成果摘述如后:

一、前置式500m/m×200m/mφ滾輪,配合深淺控制液壓缸,可完全穩定控制挖掘犂作業深度。

二、軸流式脫莢設計取代原有脫莢設計,使脫莢機構簡化,減少植株碎裂及收穫物中之異物夾雜率;在250R.P.M作業速率下,脫莢後莢果夾雜異物量為0.8%(重量)。

三、四爪伸縮式防逆送株滾筒代替密閉式滾筒,作業中與撿拾鏈完全配合,減少漏株及杜絕碎莢果。

四、襯網網目由55m.m縮小為35m.m,減少夾雜量。

五、在第一脫莢筒上前方,加裝軟質障簾,防止跳落莢果損失。

大幅提高作業速率,最低速為2.1km/hr,理論田間工作能量為10hr/ha(二人×5hr/ha),為原設計之一倍。

Summary

A better design and performance of this combine has been gotten during 1983 through the improvement of work-shop and field, the results are summarized as follow:

1. A front mounted depth control roller (500 mm × 200 mmφ) with hydraulic cylinder can get the best stability of digging depth controlling.

2. Using a axial-flow threshing mechanism instead of the original design, it can get more simple design and reduce the foreign material in the yield  The best operating speed is 250 R.P.M. and the foreign material content is about 0.8% of weight.

3. Used a 4 row finger retractable feeding roller instead of the solid roller to prevent damage the hulls and reduce the re-con-veying of plant.

4. Reduced the net mesh from 55 mm to 35 mm improve the foreign material content in the yield.

5. Used a soft baffle at front and upper side of 1st picking cylinder to prevent the jumping off hulls.

6. A higher operating speed has been gotten, the theoritical field capacity is 10 hrs/ha. (about 1/56 of manual harvesting speed) at the low speed of 2.1 km/hr.
