內生菌根對大豆、玉米之增產效果

摘  要

內生菌根真菌能促進玉米、大豆植株吸收磷素營養並增進植株生長,田間接種內生菌根真菌Glomus clarum能增進植株生長並提高單位面積產量,尤其在低磷肥土壤。田間玉米接種內生菌根真菌並施磷肥之試區(MP),與不施磷肥對照區(CK)比較,可提高單位面積產量26%,與施磷肥區(P)比較,可提高8%產量。單獨接種內生菌根試區(M)也可增產6%。大豆接種內生菌根真菌試區,與不施磷肥對照區比較也可增產5∼8%之譜。


Effect of Va Mycorrhizae on Yield Production of Soybean and Corn

Summary

Application of VA mycorrhizal fungus on corn and soybean in both greenhouse and field trial has been conducted by Tainan DAIS since 1983.  The results showed that VA mycorrhizal plant can stimulate phosphorus uptake and increase yield production, especially in low phosphate soil.

In a result of corn field trial, there was an increasing of 8 and 26% yield production found at the block treated with VA mycorrhizal fungus with additional phosphate (MP) when compared with the block of phosphate alone (P) and controlling block (CK), respectively.  The block treated with mycorrhizae alone also has an increasing of 6% yield production when compared with controlling block (CK).

Soybean inoculated with VA mycorrhizal fungus also increased 5-8% yield production in a field trial.
