曳引機承載-貫作業整地、作畦與播種機之研究

摘  要

曳引機承載式整地,作畦及播種一貫作業機之設計由整平板改良後之迴轉犂及輕便型作畦器與播種機組合而成。以本設計進行作業除可節省一半之整地農時及作業成本2,000∼3,000元/公頃(花生)或1,000/公頃(大豆)外,對作物產量無顯著之影響;同時可增加代耕農戶曳引機之利用率與收入。加裝本設計後,曳引機之重心有後移之現象,但無安全上之顧慮。

Summary

        The tractor mounted once-over tilling-bedding-seedling mechanism consists of the following individual implements: rotavator which leveling blade was modified, bedder and light seeder.  It will save half of the operating time and 2000~3000 NT$/ha cost for peanut or 1100 NT$/ha for soybean, if using this implement stand for the traditional method.  This implement has no influence on the yield and the safety of the operator and tractor.
