履帶式落花生聯合收穫機之研究(1)

摘  要

本型收穫機之設計係將各分項收穫作業機以履帶底盤承載,使花生之收穫作業──挖掘、撿拾、脫莢與風選集莢等工作一次完成。本機之收穫速率為0.3公尺/秒,理論田間工作能量為20工時/公頃(二人×10工時/公頃);約為人工收穫之1/28。收穫時脫莢部之轉速以主軸450 R.P.M.為佳,並採用脫莢定桿全嚙合方式;其裂莢率為0.7%。本設計目前仍需改良者有:穩定挖掘犂作業深度;增長脫莢行程及增加脫莢定桿、縮小襯網網目與風選機構之改良,以減少莢果之夾什、前後漏莢損失及排桿中夾什莢果等。


Study on the Crawler-peanut Combine (1)

Summary

        All the individual operating mechanism of this study, consists f digger, pick-up chain assembly, feeder, picking cylinders and blower-vibrating pan & collecting system, are mounted on the crawler frame as an once-over operation for un-cured vine. The theoretical field capacity is 20 hrs/ha under 0.3 m/sec harvesting speed (about 1/28 of manual). It is better to operate the picking cylinder with full mesh of stripper bar at 450 r.p.m. of main-shaft speed. The cracked hull is only 0.7%. Up to date this harvester should be developed a mechanics-hydraulics mechanism for stable control of digging depth. For lessening the excessive peanut in hay and leakage behind combine, it should be increased the picking stroke and stripper bar and decreased the net mesh.  The blower-collecting system should be improved on the basis of the same reason.
