蘆荀立枯病之生物防治及抗病品系之初步篩選

摘  要

一、蘆荀立枯病之抗病篩選工作於永久性綜合病圃進行,27個雜交後代組合及3個品種於播種後4個月之發病調查顯示,L4、B11、J3、J5、J15、L2及L3等7個組合較抗立枯病。

二、腐生型鐮刀菌對供試蘆荀及其他9種作物無明顯生長影響,但自作物之根部約有10%之標的菌分離率。蘆荀立枯病病原菌對蘆筍以外之作物雖不致引起黃化病徵,但根部標的菌分離率高達20∼60%之譜。

三、利用腐生型鐮刀菌防治立枯病之溫室盆栽試驗結果顯示,病土中混有腐生菌之處理於處理後60天內有防治立枯病之效果。


Screening of Resistant Hybrid Lines and Biocontrol of Fusarium Wilt of Asparagus

Summary

1.A fusarial wilt nursery has been used for screening of asparagus hybrid lines and varieties since 1980.  The initial results indicated that seven hybrid lines, namely L4, B11, J3, J5, J15, L2 and L3 were highly resistant to fusarial wilt.

2.The saprophytic isolate of F. oxysporum would not cause visible symptom on 9 common crops, including watermelon, sweet potato, sweet pepper, sorghum, corn, mungbean, tomato, peanut and carrot.  However, there were about 10% isolation of saprophytic isolate from roots of same tested crops were found.

3.The biocontrol of asparagus Fusarium wilt by using antagonistic effects between saprophytic and pathogenic isolates of F. oxysporum in soil showed a promising result.  An excellent control of the disease was obtained 60 days after treatment of saprophytic isolate into the pathogen-infested soil in the pot test.
