幾種非汞殺菌劑之稻種消毒效果

摘  要

自從高毒性之有機汞劑被淘汰後,新開發之稻種消毒藥劑有,30%佈生EC,40%Benlate T WP,50%Benlate WP,50% Folcidin,WP,80%Homai WP,80%Difolatan WP,22.2%Sisthane EC,25%Prochloraz EC,等其藥效均頗佳。不同殺菌藥劑有不同之稻種消毒方法:

一、30%佈生EC:稻種經選種後,浸漬在藥液中,並時加攪動,消毒後再浸水,催芽。

二、40%Benlate T WP,50%Benlate WP,50% Folcidin WP,80%Homai WP,80%Difolatan WP,22.2%Sisthane EC,25% Procnloraz EC,等:稻種經選種後,浸種、催芽、至萌芽時,浸漬在藥液中,並時加攪動,然後取出略加陰乾後播種。


Effect of Several Non-mercuric Fungicides on Rice Seed Disinfections

Summary

       Since the high toxic organic mercuric fungicides had been inhibited to use, several fungicides were found effectively for seed disinfections such as 30% Buson EC, 40% Benlate –T WP, 50% Benlate WP, 50% Folcidin WP, 80% Homai WP, 80% Difolatan WP, 22.2% Sisthane EC, 25% prochloraz EC, etc.

       There were different procedures of seed treatment adopted among those disinfectants the corrective methods were shown as follows:

1. 30% Buson EC: After seed selection, seeds were dipped in fungicides solution and often stirred, then dipped in water and forced sprouting.

2.Several fungicides such as: 40% Benlate T WP, 50% Folcidin WP, 80% Homai WP, 80% Difolatan WP, 22.2% Sisthane EC, and 25% Prochlora EC, etc., were used as seed disinfectants.  After seed selection, dipped in water and forced sprouting.  The germinating seeds were dipped in fungicide solution and often stirred, then took out, and dried for seeding.
