落花生根瘤線蟲 Meloidogyne arenaria 之寄主範圍及化學防治

摘  要

為瞭解主要旱地作物及蔬菜對落花生根瘤線蟲Meloidogyne arenaria之抵抗程度,在玻璃溫室進行盆栽接種試驗。在供試24屬30種作物中,除了七種作物表現抗病性非寄主外,其餘均為病原線蟲之寄主植物,其能在根瘤病患處繁殖形作卵囊。非寄主植物甘蔗(Saccharum officinarum)、高粱(Sorghum vulgare)、玉米(Zea may)、菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris)、南瓜(Cucurbia pepo)、甜椒(Capsicum frutescens)、及油菜(Brassica campestris)等。最感病寄主有落花生(Arachis hypogaea L)、莧菜(Amaranthus inamoenus)、芹菜(Apium graveolens)、胡瓜(Cucumis sativus)、甜瓜(Cucumis melo)、胡蘿蔔(Daucus caroto)、大豆(Glycine max)及綠豆(Phaseoli mungo)等8種。

為尋求有效殺線蟲藥劑及其防治適期,分別於玻璃溫室及田間進行試驗,供試藥劑為1%Marshal D、3%Furadan G、10%Nemacur G及24%Vydate L.等。各處理對花生根瘤線蟲均有顯著性(P=0.01)防治效果,惟要儘早在播種時施用,以免根瘤線蟲先已侵染根部,藥劑即難有效防治。


Studies on Host Range of Meloidogyne arenaria and its Chemical Control

Summary

        Several dryland crops and vegetables were examined for the susceptibility to Meloidogyne arenaria in the greenhouse.  The 30 species in 24 genera tested, except the seven species in the resistant group, were hosts and were able to reproduce in the galled tissues.  Saccharum officinarum (Sugarcane), Sorghum vulgare (sorghum), Zea mays (corn), Phaseolus vulgaris (kidney bean), Cucurbia pepo (pumpkin), Capsicum frutescens (sweet pepper), and Brassica campestris (field mustard) were resistant.  The most susceptible plants included Arachis hypogaea (peanut), Amaranthus inamoenus (Edible amaranth), Abium graveolens (celery), Cucumis sativus (cucumber), C. melo (melon), Daucus caroto (carrot), Glycine max (soybean), and Phaseolus mungo (mungbean).

        Chemical treatments were applied to sandy loam soil heavily infested with M. arenaria in field and Greenhouse for the purpose of determining the effective nematicides and the proper time of its application, respectively.  The results showed that all treatments of chemicals, 1% Marshal D., 3% Furadan G., 10% Nemacur G., and 24% Vydate L, were significantly (P=0.01) effective for controlling peanut root-knot nematode (M. arenaria).  The better control was obtained when they were applied at the time of sowing.
