台南區作物寄生性線蟲之研究及防治

摘  要

本區內旱作面積特廣,作物線蟲為害日趨嚴重。民國64年本場成立線蟲檢查站,進行各種殺線蟲劑篩選及防治技術之研究,茲將近年來之成果簡述于後:

(一)台南區作物寄生性線蟲種類之調查。據民國66年調查本區內具口針線蟲已知者有19屬,分佈較普遍者有Aphelenchoides等七屬,為害較嚴重者有Meloidogyne,Pratylenchus,Tylenchulus等。

各種作物以玉米及甘藷寄生線蟲種類最多而以蕃茄、柑桔、瓜類、黑皮參、鳳梨、甘藷等受害較嚴重。

(二)番茄根瘤線蟲藥劑防治試驗:

1. 防治效果:以Fumazone70%,E.C. Vydate10%,G. Nemacur10%,G. Thimet 5%G.為最佳。

2. 增產效果:增產率各為Fumazone180%,Vydate154%,Nemacur166%,Thimet128%。

(三)黑皮參根瘤線蟲防治技術試驗及作物生長期與線蟲為害之關係。

1. 防治技術試驗:

以全量D.B.C.P 20 l/ha全面消毒土壤,其效果最佳,半量施藥,周圍或隔行施藥之防治效果均差,故不應予以採用。

2.生長期與為害之關係:

播種時土壤中即含有根瘤線蟲者,其罹害根瘤指數達50%,為最嚴重。因此如前作或土壤中發現根瘤線蟲應立即作土壤消毒,方可播植。

如在播種後90天,土壤中發現根瘤線蟲,則已不構成為害。


The Survey and Control of Plant Parasitic Nematodes in Tainan DAIS

Summary

The nematode inspection station in Tainan District was established in 1975.  Since then, the plant parasitic nematodes in Tainan District have been surveyed and the better techniques for controlling have been investigated.  The results obtained are summarized as follows:

1. Seventeen parasitic genera were found in Tainan District in 1977.  Of these, Aphelenchoides, Ditylenchus, Dorylaimus, Meloidogyne, Tylenchor-hynchus and Tylenchus were found to be more prevalent than others.  They destroyed tomato, citrus, melon, black salsify, pineapple and sweet potato more seriously than any other crops.

2. Fumazone 70% E. C., Vydate 10% G., Nemacur 10% G., Thimet 10% G., and Geophos 5% G. were effective.  The yield was increased to 180% by Fumazone 70% E. C., 154% by Vydate 10% G., 166% by Nemacur 10% G., 128% by Thimet 10% G. and 146% by Geophos 5% G., respectively.

3. Using 20l/ha of D.B.C.P. (1.2-Dibromo-3-Chloropropane) to fumigate soil completely was the best way to control the root-knot nematodes.  Since the root-knot nematodes attacked the black salsify most seriously in its seedling period, the fumigation must be done while the proceeding plants were parasized by the root-knot nematodes.
