落花生品種（品系）對白絹病及銹病之抗性檢定

摘 要
1. 供試品種（品系）中，無一品種（品系）對白絹病具有穩定性之抗病性，而PI314817在田間對銹病具有強之抗病性。該品種再經人工以銹病夏孢子懸浮液噴霧接種，於生育初期不顯出抗性，而結莢後接種，其抗性很強，僅產生褐色斑點或少數小型夏孢子堆。
2. 以PI314817為父本與台南6號及台南選9號雜交，其後代分別為73(2)－6－026，73(2)－6－035，73(2)－6－073，73(2)－6－132及74(1)－1－001，74(1)－1－009，74(1)－1－013，74(1)－1－015，74(1)－1－022，74(1)－1－4－007等10品系均對銹病具有抗病性。故PI314817可供抗銹病育種材料。
Field Screening of Peanuts for Resistance to Southern Blight and Rust

Summary
Among 5 varieties and 67 lines of peanut screened for resistance to Pellicularia rolfsii and Puccinia arachidis in the field, none showed stable resistance to P. rolfsii, however, PI314817 showed high resistance to P. arachidis. By artificial inoculation in screen house, PI314817 showed a high degree of mature plant resistance, producing a typical brown spots with only a few small uremia.
Four derived lines from crosses between PI314817 and Tainan No. 6, 73(2)-6-026, 73(2)-6-035, 73(2)-6-073, 73(2)-6-132, and 6 lines between PI314817 and Tainan selection No. 9, 74(1)-1-001, 74(1)-1-009, 74(1)-1-013, 74(1)-1-015, 74(1)-0-022,74(1)-1-4-007, showed intermediate resistance to P. arachidis.
